By accessing our website, leasing a Billboard Funnel, or using any of our advertising services, you (“Client,” “Attorney,” “User”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
Attorney Billboards is an independent media and advertising company.
We provide digital advertising assets, including branded “Billboard Funnels,” landing pages, and related content, for attorneys.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, consultations, or legal services. All legal services are provided exclusively by the attorney leasing the funnel.
Attorneys leasing our advertising services must:
Maintain an active license in good standing with all applicable state bars.
Comply with advertising rules, ethical obligations, and all applicable laws.
Provide truthful and accurate information, branding, logos, contact details, and other content.
Immediately notify Attorney Billboards of any suspension, disbarment, or disciplinary action.
Maintain any required professional insurance, bonds, or regulatory compliance.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, at the sole discretion of Attorney Billboards, without refund.
Funnels and websites leased to attorneys are for informational and advertising purposes only.
Attorney Billboards makes no guarantees of results, case outcomes, leads, client acquisition, or website traffic.
Attorneys are solely responsible for the content, communication, and interactions with users of the funnels.
Users accessing our websites and funnels agree to act lawfully and ethically.
Users must not engage in scraping, misuse, impersonation, or fraudulent activity.
Attorney Billboards reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules.
Attorney Billboards retains all ownership of templates, funnels, creative assets, and proprietary systems.
Attorneys leasing a funnel are granted a limited, revocable license to use the advertising content during the lease term.
Upon expiration, cancellation, or termination of the lease, all content, assets, and data are removed or deleted.
Attorneys and users agree to conduct themselves in good faith and in a manner consistent with professional ethics.
Any conduct by an attorney or user that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or inconsistent with professional ethics may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are defined in the service agreement with the attorney.
Fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services or relisting of the funnel to other clients.
Attorney Billboards may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
Fees are not paid as agreed.
Terms of Service or ethical/legal obligations are violated.
Conduct by an attorney or user materially harms the reputation or integrity of Attorney Billboards.
Attorney Billboards shall not be liable for any lost profits, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages, or attorney disciplinary actions arising from use of the funnels.
Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the attorney for the specific service in question.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Parties waive any right to a jury trial.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
Attorney Billboards may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Clients will be notified of material changes in advance via email when possible.
